02

Simulation & prototyping

Test an idea before the next investment.

Explore a movement or application in a controlled development environment. Find out what the next engineering step will require.

A possible first deliverableAn agreed experiment, project files, a demonstration and findings.

03

AI & voice applications

Build an interaction around your business.

Give a robot useful answers from approved information, with a conversation and operator controls designed for your audience.

A possible first deliverableOne scoped interaction, a representative question set and setup instructions.

04

Operator & customer portals

Make preparation and operation easier.

Bring customer content, robot sessions and application status into a workspace that fits your team.

A possible first deliverableAn agreed operator workflow, connected application controls and handover.

05

Physical AI & robotics security

Understand the risks before deployment.

Review data flows, access permissions and connected AI applications for a defined humanoid or robot-dog deployment.

A possible first deliverableA scoped configuration review, documented findings and prioritised improvements.

A practical first engagement

A pilot with a clear finish line.

Start with a confirmed customer task: one exhibition conversation, an operator workflow or a motion study. A scoped paid assessment or prototype can resolve the first technical questions.

Discuss a first project

  1. Agree the question.

What should the robot or software do, who will use it, and what access is available?

  2. Define what you receive.

A working application, simulation experiment or operator workflow, with the files and documentation agreed up front.

  3. Review the result together.

Check it against the agreed criteria. Use the findings to decide whether to extend, deploy or change direction.

Project questions

Before we get started.

What does Kinbotix develop?

We develop robotics software, simulation prototypes, AI applications, operator tools and integrations for your robot or delivery team. For suppliers and rental operators, we can scope a software work package around one customer requirement.

Which robots can you work with?

Our current development experience centres on Unitree G1. We assess other humanoids and quadrupeds individually, including the exact edition, SDK access and available test hardware. Compatibility is confirmed during scoping.

Can a robot answer questions about our business?

We can build a conversation around your approved documents and event content. The project includes agreeing what the assistant should answer, how it should handle missing information and how an operator manages the session.

Can you work under our brand?

Yes. We can build software, simulation and integrations under your brand. You retain the customer relationship, hardware and on-site delivery; we agree our software scope, handover and support with your team.

Can you develop dance moves and gestures?

We have motion preparation, retargeting and simulation development experience. Custom movement is an engineering project: simulation previews and physical robot execution are separate milestones, with hardware validation required before deployment.

How do you price a project?

We prepare a scoped proposal after understanding the task, hardware, deadline and acceptance criteria. A small paid pilot can establish feasibility before a larger implementation. Hosting, model usage and support are identified separately where applicable.
